PowerHouse Welcomes Mira Vats-Fournier Kristi Paulson and PowerHouse Mediation are excited to announce the addition of Mira Vats-Fournier to our team as a seasoned ADR professional. Mira brings extensive expertise in dispute resolution and will provide a variety of services, including mediation, arbitration, and court-appointed neutral roles.

Her focus will be on complex commercial, patent, trade secret, trademark, and technology disputes within civil law. Her background with AmLaw 100 firms and U.S. Federal Courts, along with her work with the USPTO, has equipped her with strategic insights into high-stakes disputes.

Mira also brings a wealth of multinational and intercultural experience to PowerHouse and will be instrumental in expanding our reach into the global arena of dispute resolution. As she spearheads the development of our international offerings, we are excited about the innovative opportunities this will create for our practice and our PowerHouse team.

Mira Vats-Fournier, Esq., MCIArb, is an active member of several prestigious organizations, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators(MCIArb), the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC), and the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC), She also serves on the Editorial Board of The Juriste with the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) and is involved with the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the American Bar Association, showcasing her broad engagement in both national and international legal communities. Mira is also a member of the Warren Burger Inn of Court, an entity dedicated to ethics, civility, and professionalism in the practice of law.

As a Qualified Rule 114 ADR Neutral, Mira is well-equipped to navigate the resolution of civil matters both nationally and internationally with diligence, focus, and creativity.
