Mira leverages her AmLaw100 litigation experience in the US Federal Courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), her expertise in financial damages analysis, intellectual property infringement analysis, negotiating settlement agreements, federal court trial experience including jury trial experience, and electronic evidence management and admissibility under US federal and international rules to counsel and advocate for her clients through the combination of approaches a particular goal may require. Certified in Global Arbitration Law and Practice at the Queen Mary University of London School of Law, London, UK, Mira further honed her expertise with Certification in Advanced IP/Tech Mediation and Arbitration at Stanford Law School.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) based in London, appointed to the International Trademark Association’s (INTA’s) ADR Committee, a member of the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC), the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC), serving as the point person for India and South Asia in SVAMC’s Asia and Oceania Working Group. Mira also serves as an editor for the Paris-based International Association of Lawyers (UIA) multilingual flagship publication, the Juriste International.

Mira entered law school as a Fellow with a full Presidential Merit Scholarship. She went on to win the Kirwin Prize for Representation and Ethics, be named to the Dean’s List, serve as School Ambassador, and was selected to compete in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. During law school, Mira also earned her certification in Electronic Discovery technology, processes, and evidentiary rules, which she continues to leverage in her roles as advocate, litigator, arbitrator, and mediator.

She is a member of the Warren E. Burger Inn of Court, an invitation-only entity dedicated to ethics, civility, and professionalism in the practice of law; she is engaged with the American and international legal communities through the American, Federal, and International Bar Associations. Mira is involved in her local community as a mentor and Adjunct Professor of Law, while her pro bono efforts focus on anti-corruption, rule of law, and international humanitarian aid efforts as Vice President of Aid Across Borders.
